the apartment complex is lovely n spacious, super clean too! it was next to westfield mall which was super convenient for shopping n food. the rooms had all kitchen utensils n even a laundry machine. wifi worked great n the ambiance was nice.

the mattress was thin n kinda uncomfortable to sleep on. also, would have liked some more hangers in the closet.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it a cozy home base for our London adventures. The location was perfect, with easy access to underground trains and shops at Westfield. Not having adequate pillows can leave you tossing and turning. figuring out where to unload/load luggage is complicated, which isn’t ideal for arrivals or departures. Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a consistent connection, creating a hassle if you need to work or stream.
